I'm the team captain of FIRST Robotics team 17097, the Protostars. I lead build season planning, split the work across mechanical, electrical, and programming sub-teams, and keep the robot on schedule for competition.

Beyond the robot itself, a lot of the job is teaching: getting newer members comfortable with CAD, wiring, and version control so the team keeps its knowledge when members graduate.
